C&C PCB Summary

C&C PCB is a Credit Lock and Credit Count interface

The purpose is to stop credits being lost in menu mode while allowing credits and activating the counter when in game mode

C&C PCB is ideally suited for PC / Raspberry Pi systems

Example: GroovyArcade / RaspberryJAMMA

or systems that can output a digital signal

Credit Input

Credit input is typically passed off to a standard arcade encoder interface or GPIO

These interfaces usually need to sink approx 1mA to trigger an input.

(C&C PCB is capable of sinking up to 50mA to trigger an input)

Software Integration

Software integration is simple with the controller activated before & after title execution

ie. Controller is turned on before execution and then turned off after execution

A simple wrapper script or batch file is used to run the required programs

This is covered in more detail on the C&C usb2Controller page
